We understand that deciding when and how to ask for help can feel overwhelming. Our friendly team will listen to what matters to you, explain the options and help you understand what support could work best. You do not need to have all the answers before you contact us.
As part of the Somerset Care Group, our Wiltshire and B&NES services combine the reassurance of an established not-for-profit care organisation with care planned and coordinated around local people and communities.

I want to stay independent in my home
Our local teams can help you keep doing the things that matter to you, in the home you know and love.
From support with everyday tasks to help with your wellbeing, mobility or routines, we will work with you to build care around the life you want to lead.
Someone I care about needs support at home
It can be difficult to know when the person you care about needs more help, or how to begin the conversation. We can talk through what you have noticed, listen to what matters to your family and explain the home care options available without pressure or obligation.
I have a long-term or complex health condition
If you are living with a long-term condition, recovering from illness or returning home after a hospital stay, we can help with agreed aspects of your daily routine. This may include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, appointments and support to rebuild confidence at home.
I am not as mobile as I used to be
Reduced mobility should not mean losing the routines, relationships and interests that matter to you. We can support you to move safely around your home, attend appointments, go shopping, visit local places and remain connected with your community.
I need a little help around the house
Sometimes a small amount of regular help is enough to make daily life feel more manageable. Depending on your assessed needs and local availability, support may include meal preparation, shopping, laundry, light household tasks and help to stay on top of everyday routines.
My needs may change over time
Care needs are not always fixed. We will review your support with you and discuss changes when needed, helping you and your family plan the next step with greater confidence.
I need support throughout the night
Our teams offer a sleeping or waking nights service, to support your safety and wellbeing overnight. This tailored support could include assistance with nighttime toileting needs, support to reduce the risk of falls, or simply the reassurance that help is at hand should you need it.
I need emergency support at home
When an urgent care need arises, our team will do all they can to support you to remain safely in your own home. Perhaps your usual family carer is unwell, you need some additional support at home to prevent a hospital admission, or you need short-term care at home as a stop gap before entering full-time care. Whatever the situation, please talk to us about the emergency support you need, and we’ll do our utmost to assist.
