Who will be looking after me? Will I be able to meet my home care team in advance?
Your home care will be provided by a team of compassionate, professional carers in your local area. Dependent upon where you live, your carers will be from either our Community Care teams in Somerset, Wiltshire or the wider South West.
We understand that it can feel strange and unsettling having someone different come into your home, so we will do everything we can to ensure that your care is carried out by a small team of people that you can become familiar with and who understand you as a person, as well as know how to meet your individual needs. You will get the chance to meet one of your nominated carers during your care assessment, so that you can begin to get to know them in advance.
