Up to 30% off accommodation fees in Spring residential care offer

Spring feels like it has finally arrived, and to celebrate, Somerset Care has launched a Spring offer at selected residential care homes across the county. 

What is Somerset Care’s Spring care home offer?

For a limited time only, new residents moving into selected Somerset Care residential care homes will be able to enjoy up to 30% off their accommodation fees until 31st March 2024, subject to availability and terms and conditions*.

The offer is available to new residents moving in to the following Somerset Care locations, before 30th June 2023:

New residents moving into the above care homes before 30th June 2023, will be able to benefit from an introductory offer of up to 30% off of the standard weekly accommodation fee for that setting. This special rate will remain in place until the end of March 2024.

Can I get discounted care home accommodation fees?

Any new resident making one of the care settings their home for either a short respite break or longer-term stay, can benefit from up to 30% off of their accommodation fees until 31st March 2024, when they move in before 30th June 2023.

The offer is subject to availability at participating Somerset Care residential homes. 

How are care home fees calculated?

All Somerset Care home fees are calculated on a weekly basis and made up of two elements – a fixed cost accommodation fee for your chosen care home, plus the cost of providing bespoke care which meets your individual needs.

We will assess your needs to ensure we can provide the right level of care to keep you safe. Following your assessment, we will be able to determine your ‘dependency level’ (the type and amount of care that you need), from which we can calculate the cost of providing your care. This is added to your accommodation cost to create your overall weekly fee.

Our Spring Offer reduces the cost of your accommodation element of your weekly fees by up to 30%, when you move in before 30th June 2023. This discounted rate remains in place from the date you move in, until either the end of your short break, or 31st March 2024.

*Terms and conditions

New residents can enjoy up to 30% off of their accommodation fees until 31st March 2024, when they move in as a permanent resident or respite visitor to one of the following Somerset Care homes, by 30th June 2023: Fletcher House, Portcullis House, Pulsford Lodge, Rowden House, Sunnymeade, Wyndham House.

The offer is not applicable to the accommodation fees of current Somerset Care residents, or where residential care contracts are already in place.

The special offer applies to the accommodation fee element of the overall weekly fees, and cannot be applied to the bespoke care element of a resident’s care fees.

The offer is subject to availability, and offered on a first-come, first-served basis at participating Somerset Care residential care homes. It is non-transferrable, and can be changed or withdrawn without notice.
