Complaints

While we aim to deliver a high quality service to all of our customers, should you have any complaints we would urge you to raise this with us, so that we can sort any problems out.

In the first instance, please direct all complaints to the service involved, so that we can try and rectify issues wherever possible. If the complaint is related to a particular care home, then complaints should be raised with that home; if the complaint is related to care in a person's own home, then please contact the community services office.
