The Somerset Care Group aims to deliver quality assured, seamless services within a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility and there is an ethos of continuous improvement.

In all aspects of the business, we comply with a number of external regulations and audits. We see these as setting a minimum standard. Internal quality assurance systems are underpinned by sound policies and procedures, a robust auditing process and regular customer feedback. Senior operational managers play a key role in supporting managers of business units as well as monitoring quality standards through out the year.

Our quality assurance system is not the end of the process, but the beginning, providing an opportunity for good performance to be acknowledged and any operational and performance issues to be followed up.
