Residents and staff at Milton House were celebrating on the 17th April as MP Ian Liddell-Grainger opened their new sensory garden. Almost 100 people including the Mayor of Bridgwater, Cllr Philip Smeed and his wife Mayoress Ute Smeed attended the opening. The sensory garden was created with Capital Grant Money and has been designed by Designer Lucie New to stimulate the senses and provide a haven for the homes residents to relax. The plants and flowers have been chosen carefully for their colour and smells, and areas of reminiscence including an allotment with a vegetable patch have been created.
