Job Description
Somerset Care At Home are looking for Learning Disability Care and Support Workers to join our team.
Working on a shift pattern, including waking nights and sleep-ins, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a individual who has learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
Either an LDQ/NVQ Level 2 in care or equivalent qualification is essential to enable you to meet the needs of our client. Experience of working with complex learning disabilities is essential.
Applicants must be available to work alternate weekends. Own transport is essential. Full and comprehnsive training will be given, but a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for people with a learning disability is essential.
