Job Description
Milton House is looking for a Nurse Supervisor to join their team.
The Nurse Supervisor will lead and co-ordinate the nursing and core practice within the home. Whilst on shift providing services that can respond flexibly to the needs of the residents. He/she will monitor that staff provide high quality care for the residents within the Company's Quality Assurance frame work. The Nurse will also work/liaise with families and professionals such as GP's and Social Workers. He/she will provide nursing procedures to meet the clinical needs of the residents.

Please see below an overview of the shift patterns, please note this is subject to change.
Thursday - 2.00pm to 9.30pm
Saturday - 7.30am to 2.30pm
Sunday - 2.00pm to 9.30pm
