Welcome to Isle Care
Isle Care, which provides care for older people and adults with learning disabilities on the Isle of Wight, became part of the Somerset Care Group in 1997.
We have four homes across the Island for older people requiring residential, respite or day care, and two of the homes also have facilities for people suffering from dementia.
We have a number of group homes for adults with learning disabilities, with services ranging from 'supporting people' accommodation, promoting independence in daily living and employment, through to intensive physical and psychological care for those with multiple disabilities who require one to one staff support.
Our success at providing support for adults with learning disabilities living in ‘supporting people' accommodation has led to us being awarded a contract to provide a similar service in Southampton.
