Career Path
We actively encourage our staff to develop their careers in care, and support them to gain necessary qualifications. We provide free NVQ training through our training company Acacia Training & Development, and also provide additional specialist training such as dementia care and palliative care. At a senior level, our Management Development programme aims to equip our Managers with essential skills such as Leadership and Time Management.
We promote from within wherever possible, and a number of our current Managers started out as domestic or care assistants. The careers structures below give an example of a typical career path within a care setting.
