Career Path
We actively encourage our staff to develop their careers in care, and support them to gain necessary qualifications. We provide free training through our training company Acacia Training & Development, and also provide additional specialist training such as dementia care and palliative care. At a senior level, our Management Development programme aims to equip our Managers with essential skills required to fulfill their role.
We promote from within wherever possible, and a number of our current Managers started out as domestic or care assistants. The careers structures below give an example of a typical career path within a care setting.
